Founder Tim Parker brought years of property management experience to the table, where he developed a reputation for keeping properties spotless and welcoming. Knowing he wanted to deliver that same level of care to homes and businesses across Saint Joseph, Tim set out to create a company rooted in professionalism, reliability, and results.

But he also knew he couldn’t do it alone. To bring his vision to life, Tim partnered with long-time friend May Starr, owner of the highly successful Green Ladies Cleaning Service. May’s proven expertise, leadership, and passion for detail made her the perfect partner.

Together as co-owners, Tim and May set a new standard for cleaning in the Saint Joseph area. Both are perfectionists who believe every space deserves to sparkle — and they’ve trained their team to meet those same high standards.
